This senior legal role provides strategic, hands?on support across contentious construction matters within a large, fast?paced development environment, playing a key role in protecting commercial value and managing legal risk. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, external counsel and project teams on disputes, claims and complex contractual arrangements across multiple high?value projects. The organisation works with global contractors, consultants and investors on projects of national significance. * 4-6 years' post?qualification experience in contentious construction law * Background in a well?regarded private practice law firm within the GCC * Strong experience handling construction claims, disputes and arbitrations * Exposure to large?scale development or infrastructure projects * Solid understanding of contractual risk management and dispute resolution * Familiarity with KSA regulations and relevant Sharia law principles * Admitted or eligible to practise in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
