Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the landscape design process from concept through construction for sports-related facilities and public spaces.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and planners to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs that align with Qiddiya s vision and project requirements.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Oversee the preparation and review of design deliverables including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to monitor quality, schedule, and budget adherence during implementation.
• Engage in stakeholder consultations to understand needs and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior landscape design team members, fostering professional development and collaboration.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve landscape design standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in landscape design, preferably within sports, recreation, or large-scale projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, sustainable, and functional landscape designs.
• Proficiency in landscape and design software such as AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of local and international standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in the Middle East or similar environments is preferred.
