Roles & Responsibilities
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Creative Development & Brand Execution
- Lead the design and production of high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms
- Translate brand strategy into visually compelling concepts aligned with each property s positioning
- Ensure consistency with Marriott brand guidelines while elevating creative output to a luxury standard
- Adapt global brand assets for local relevance across The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations
Campaign & Content Design
- Support the development of seasonal campaigns (Eid, Summer, Festive) and always-on content
- Design assets for paid media, social media, website, email marketing, and on-property collateral
- Collaborate closely with content, PR, and digital teams to bring campaigns to life visually
- Contribute to storytelling through strong visual narratives, mood boards, and concept development
Property & Pre-Opening Support
- Support pre-opening creative requirements across new properties and brand launches
- Develop launch toolkits, presentations, and guest-facing materials
- Ensure visual alignment across multiple properties while respecting each brand s unique identity
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) and external agencies
- Act as a key creative partner to the destination marketing team (RSG / STA collaborations)
- Manage feedback loops efficiently while maintaining creative integrity
Quality Control & Production
- Oversee final artwork production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and premium finish
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and timelines
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and innovations within luxury and hospitality
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end creative work across digital and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working with brand guidelines and multi-brand environments
- Understanding of digital design requirements (social, web, performance marketing assets)
- Experience in pre-opening or destination marketing is a strong advantage
