Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operation and administration of the e-learning system (LMS).

  • Provide first and second-level support to users, including learners, trainers, and administrators.

  • Resolve functional and technical issues in coordination with IT teams and system vendors.

  • Monitor system performance, availability, and ensure stable service delivery.

  • Support system updates, releases, and configuration changes.

  • Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into system enhancements.

  • Support incident management, change requests, and service requests related to the LMS.

  • Coordinate with technical teams for system integrations (APIs, SSO, HR systems, etc.).

  • Support course setup, user enrollment, learning content uploads, and platform configuration.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Education Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in application management, enterprise systems, learning/training platforms, or similar digital solutions.

  • Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of business applications, including implementation, configuration, support, enhancement, and user adoption.

  • Strong understanding of training, learning, HR, or enterprise operational processes within large organizations.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams including business, technical, QA, support, and customer-facing teams.

  • Good knowledge of application support models, incident management, change management, and release coordination.

  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and improvement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, SSO, and enterprise system environments is preferred.
