Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily operation and administration of the e-learning system (LMS).

Provide first and second-level support to users, including learners, trainers, and administrators.

Resolve functional and technical issues in coordination with IT teams and system vendors.

Monitor system performance, availability, and ensure stable service delivery.

Support system updates, releases, and configuration changes.
-
Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into system enhancements.

Support incident management, change requests, and service requests related to the LMS.

Coordinate with technical teams for system integrations (APIs, SSO, HR systems, etc.).

Support course setup, user enrollment, learning content uploads, and platform configuration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Education Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in application management, enterprise systems, learning/training platforms, or similar digital solutions.

Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of business applications, including implementation, configuration, support, enhancement, and user adoption.

Strong understanding of training, learning, HR, or enterprise operational processes within large organizations.

Experience in working with cross-functional teams including business, technical, QA, support, and customer-facing teams.

Good knowledge of application support models, incident management, change management, and release coordination.

Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and improvement initiatives.
-
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, SSO, and enterprise system environments is preferred.
