Key Responsibilities:- Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers.
- Ensure proper implementation of planogram in retail spaces.
- Issue special order requests as necessary.
- Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
- Prepare all necessary documents for calls and business reviews prior to market visits.
- Identify and report new customers to the team leader.
- Address customer complaints and report unresolved issues to the team leader.
- Manage daily customer orders and collections.
- Process returns of defective products after obtaining necessary approvals.
- Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations.
- Perform inventory checks during site visits covering warehouses and shelves.
