Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of business development or commercial experience in industrial services within Saudi
Arabia (Eastern Province experience strongly preferred).
Proven exposure to oil & gas or industrial projects.
Familiarity with tendering processes, contract structures, and industrial client requirements.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of Eastern Province industrial market dynamics.
Commercial awareness with basic financial and costing knowledge.
Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
