Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to multiple departments, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, including scheduling, room bookings, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and format internal communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, track deadlines, and assist with task prioritization for team members.
  • Support procurement and office supply management; liaise with vendors and handle purchase orders as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding activities for new staff or interns, including orientation materials and workspace setup.
  • Maintain confidential information with discretion and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvements by suggesting efficiencies in daily administrative tasks.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or in progress from a recognized university (or equivalent internship eligibility).
  • Current authorization to work in Saudi Arabia; visa sponsorship not provided for this internship.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office software and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliable time management, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
