Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments, including filing, data entry, and document management.

- Prepare and format internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Manage calendars, track deadlines, and assist with task prioritization for team members.
- Support procurement and office supply management; liaise with vendors and handle purchase orders as needed.
- Assist in onboarding activities for new staff or interns, including orientation materials and workspace setup.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements by suggesting efficiencies in daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or in progress from a recognized university (or equivalent internship eligibility).
- Current authorization to work in Saudi Arabia; visa sponsorship not provided for this internship.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office software and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills, reliable time management, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
