Position: MMU Operator (Mobile Mixing Unit Operator) Location: Al Mansurah, KSA

Overview The MMU Operator is responsible for operating a Mobile Mixing Unit (MMU) equipped with advanced technology and onboard systems to safely mix and pump explosive products into pre-drilled blast holes across various mining and quarry sites in KSA.

Key Responsibilities Operate the MMU safely and efficiently in full compliance with safety procedures and operational manuals Load MMU truck with raw materials including ammonium nitrate, bulk emulsion, and gassing agents Pump explosive materials into dry and wet boreholes (charging operations) Ensure accurate delivery of products to customer sites in a timely manner Maintain proper documentation for transport, delivery, and quality control (QA/QC) Monitor and record material usage, ensuring accurate accountability of all loaded and discharged materials Conduct daily technical inspections of the MMU before operation Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs of the MMU equipment Identify operational issues and perform troubleshooting, including emergency stops and restart procedures Support safe handling and delivery of non-explosive components to blasting sites Follow all safety standards to ensure zero harm in the workplace Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in mining, quarry, or blasting operations Certified MMU/MEMU operator training is required Strong knowledge of drilling and blasting operations (open pit experience preferred) Valid driving license (Category C) Good command of English (reading and speaking) Willingness to work across multiple sites in KSA
