We are seeking a Planning & Performance Management Analyst with up to 5 years of relevant experience to work at Saudi Aramco. The role involves supporting planning and performance management activities, including business planning, quarterly reviews, and performance tracking. The candidate will analyze financial data, identify variances, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and supporting the development of KPIs, business cases, and benchmarking studies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications like CMA, CFA, CPA are a plus) Up to 5 years of experience in planning, performance management, financial analysis, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to support data-driven discussions
