Role: Sr. Program Manager Location: Riyadh, KSAExperience: 15+ years Contract : Outsource , Yearly extendable
Looking for a senior bilingual Program Manager with strong hands-on Data Governance expertise to lead a government education-sector program in Saudi Arabia. The program covers 3 tracks: NDMO Data Governance, Data Warehouse, and PDP. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in large-scale data governance or data warehouse programs, strong stakeholder management, supplier coordination, and solid knowledge of DAMA. Exposure to NDMO and Saudi regulatory environments is highly preferred. Must-have requirements Arabic and English speaking15+ years total experience5+ years in Program Management Strong hands-on Data Governance background Experience leading large-scale Data Governance and/or Data Warehouse implementation programs Mandatory DAMA framework experience Strong understanding of:Data Governance frameworks Policies Controls Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams Experience managing multiple vendors/suppliers Strong leadership, communication, and governance/reporting skills
