Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications with candidates and clients.
Support the team in maintaining candidate databases and updating recruitment records efficiently.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to build knowledge in talent acquisition, client relations, and business operations.
Conduct market research and gather data to assist in developing recruitment strategies.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office and recruitment activities.
Collaborate with team members on projects and tasks to contribute to overall business objectives.
Competencies Requirement (Skills, Qualifications and Experiences): Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, to be obtained by 04.
