MADAC, an IB World School in Al Madinah, is building a next-generation Innovation Center and is looking for specialists — not generalists.
We are hiring individuals with deep, hands-on expertise in a specific domain, who can train students and lead them to compete at a high level in school and university competitions.

We are looking for candidates with strong, proven experience in at least ONE of the following areas:
• Drone Piloting (UAV / FPV / Racing)
• Drone Building & Engineering
• Robotics Design & Programming
• Artificial Intelligence / Coding
• Gaming / Esports (competitive level)
• Video Production / Content Creation (for competitions & media)

This is not a general STEM role.
? We are NOT looking for candidates with basic or theoretical knowledge in multiple areas.
? We are looking for specialists with strong practical experience in one field.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Train students in your area of expertise (e.g., drones, robotics, gaming, media).
• Prepare and coach students for competitions.
• Lead hands-on projects (build, create, test, compete).
• Develop high-performing student teams.
• Support Innovation Center activities, events, and showcases.
• Contribute to building a culture of innovation and excellence.

? Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience in at least one specialization.
• Portfolio / competition experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to coach and mentor students.
• Strong passion for innovation and competitions.
• Good communication skills (English required).

• Competition background (robotics, drones, esports, hackathons).
• Experience training students or teams.
• Real projects (portfolio, GitHub, videos, builds, etc.).
Skills
- Strong knowledge of drones, robotics, and AI technologies, enabling effective teaching and hands-on training.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, essential for instructing students in coding.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Experience in curriculum development, ensuring lessons are engaging and meet educational standards.
- Ability to facilitate teamwork and collaboration among students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to assist students in overcoming technical challenges during projects.
- Passion for STEM education and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of innovators.
