Job Details

To drive sales growth by promoting and selling steel and wood products (e.g., structural steel, WPC doors, metal works, joinery items) to contractors, developers, and project owners while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors Promote company products (steel structures, metal works, WPC doors, wooden joinery, etc.) Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIsPrepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers Conduct regular client visits and site meetings Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals Technical Support Understand project specifications, drawings, and BOQsCoordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotations Provide technical clarification to clients when needed Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies Identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities Report market feedback to management Coordination & Reporting Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical) or Business Administration2–5+ years of sales experience in steel, wood, or construction materials Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market
