Front Desk Administrator – Furless Permanent Riyadh
Reporting to: KSA Operations Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Position Purpose
The Front Desk Administrator plays a key role in driving sales growth and client retention while delivering a warm, professional, and seamless experience for every guest. This role manages reception operations, sales follow-up, appointment scheduling, and retail support, ensuring all front-of-house activities meet Furless standards and comply with Saudi Municipality regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Experience & Reception
- Greet, register, and guide clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
- Maintain clear communication in English and/or Arabic; respond to phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders to maximize show-up rates.
- Handle complaints empathetically and resolve issues quickly to preserve client loyalty.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas always reflect Furless premium standards – clean, organized, and inviting.
2. Sales & Client Retention
- Promote treatments, packages, and retail products confidently and professionally.
- Educate clients on home-care routines and follow-up treatments to encourage repeat visits.
- Actively track and follow up with lapsed or prospective clients to increase return rate.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and upselling targets set by the Operations Manager.
- Support in-branch marketing or promotional activities to boost new-client acquisition.
- Maintain client records, purchase history, and preferences to enable personalized retention strategies.
3. Administrative & Operational Support
- Record all bookings, payments, and transactions accurately in the CRM/POS system.
- Perform daily cash-up and reconciliation in coordination with Finance.
- Generate and submit daily and weekly performance reports (appointments, revenue, client feedback).
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Municipality standards on hygiene, safety, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on maintenance, supply orders, and equipment servicing.
4. Professionalism & Team Alignment
- Uphold the Furless image – groomed, polished, and brand-representative at all times.
- Collaborate with therapists, treatment coordinators, and management to ensure smooth client flow.
- Participate in sales and service training sessions to improve conversion and retention skills.
- Demonstrate punctuality, accountability, and adaptability to rotating shifts (including weekends if required).
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: 48 hours per week / 2 days off (rotational).
- Compensation: Competitive salary + commission based on sales and retention performance.
