Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle of petrochemical or wastewater treatment projects, from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Manage contract administration, including claims, variations, and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, company policies, and HSE requirements
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a high-performance culture
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or related field)
- Minimum 10–15 years of project management experience in petrochemical or wastewater treatment projects
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale EPC projects in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract management, and construction practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage
- Familiar with international standards and Saudi regulations
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
