Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full lifecycle of petrochemical or wastewater treatment projects, from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Manage contract administration, including claims, variations, and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, company policies, and HSE requirements
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a high-performance culture

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or related field)
• Minimum 10–15 years of project management experience in petrochemical or wastewater treatment projects
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale EPC projects in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract management, and construction practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage
• Familiar with international standards and Saudi regulations
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
