The SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the motor vehicle service department. This role acts as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, managing service bookings, repair timelines, estimates, and customer communication. The Senior Service Consultant also mentors junior team members, supports workflow management, and ensures compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies. Qualifications:· Mechanical Engineering· Three to five years of experience in the automotive field Skills:· Good communication skills· Strong personality to lead the team Have a background in excel and word to make the required reports.
