Job description

• Manage and maintain servers and networks (LAN/WAN)
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime
• Oversee data centers and server rooms in projects and the main office
• Prepare backup and disaster recovery plans
• Provide technical support to employees in the office and field locations
• Troubleshoot issues in devices (Computers, Printers, Network Devices)
• Manage support tickets and ensure prompt response
• Train users on systems and applications
• Set up and manage network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
• Secure connectivity between projects and the main office (VPN/MPLS)
• Monitor internet quality and connectivity in remote locations
• Implement information security policies and data protection
• Manage security systems (Firewall, Antivirus, Endpoint Protection)
• Monitor intrusion attempts and respond to security incidents
• Manage user access controls
• Administer ERP systems or project management systems (like Primavera/SAP if applicable)
• Install and update software and licenses
• Support systems used in projects (GIS, monitoring systems, IoT if applicable)
• Inventory devices and software and track their lifecycle
• Manage vendors and maintenance and support contracts
• Plan for company needs in devices and technologies
• Equip project sites with technical infrastructure (Networks, Internet, Monitoring Systems)
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure system readiness
• Support attendance and time management systems in locations
