We are looking for a receptionist to work at Seven Looz Serviced Apartments. The ideal candidate will be courteous, have excellent customer service skills, and be responsible for providing a superior hospitality experience that reflects the hotel's high standards.
Responsibilities include:
Greening and welcoming guests, and facilitating check-in and check-out
Answering phone inquiries and reservations
Monitoring room conditions and coordinating with the housekeeping department
Handling customer complaints professionally
Entering data and managing reservations on the system
Achieving excellent and consistent reviews
