The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Finance & HR Officer who will play a critical role in managing the company’s financial operations while supporting HR functions and ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.

This is a key position for someone who is not only technically strong in accounting but also capable of handling employee-related processes with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting

Oversee full-cycle accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations)

Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts

Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning

Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and reporting standards

Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial documentation

HR & Administration

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies

Handle attendance monitoring, employee relations, and performance tracking

Coordinate payroll and manage GOSI processes

Systems & Compliance

Manage and operate Tally accounting software (mandatory)

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation

Stay updated on ZATCA, GOSI, and labor law regulations

Candidate Requirements

?? Saudi National (mandatory)

Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance

Strong hands-on experience with Tally software (required)

Knowledge of Saudi labor law and social insurance (GOSI)

Experience in HR and employee management is highly preferred

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership capability

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, or CMA are a plus
