Your new role As an IT Project Manager, you will be at the heart of the company’s business transformation. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:Project Leadership: Managing the end-to-end delivery of ERP systems, restaurant technologies, and business process automation. Digital Transformation: Driving initiatives focused on operational efficiency and enhancing the user/customer experience. Strategic Alignment: Gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Execution: Creating detailed project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and on time. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) and managing external software vendors and system integrators. Methodology: Implementing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models and monitoring project KPIs to report progress to senior leadership.
What you will need to succeed The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how IT solutions map to real-world business use cases, particularly within a retail or restaurant environment. Experience: 8+ years of total Project Management experience, with at least 2 years in a dedicated Project Manager role. Technical Portfolio: Proven track record of delivering business applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS) and digital transformation projects. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of Restaurant or Retail operations is highly advantageous. Education & Certs: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM/PMI-ACP) are preferred. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead change management and user adoption strategies. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in PM tools and a working knowledge of Dev Ops practices and enterprise integration.
