Overview:The Sr. System Integration Presales Engineer plays a critical role in supporting large public-sector opportunities in Saudi Arabia by leading the full presales lifecycle—from tender analysis to solution positioning and proposal submission. The role focuses on designing integrated IT and digital transformation solutions that align with government requirements and procurement standards. This position acts as a key technical partner to the sales team, translating complex RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements into compliant and competitive proposals across IT infrastructure, enterprise platforms such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as consulting and managed services. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, engagement with public-sector stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple bids under strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end presales activities for public sector opportunities, including RFP/RFI/RFQ lifecycle management. Create Understanding document from RFPs for Solution architect Analyze tender documents and develop fully compliant, high-quality technical and commercial proposals. Design and position solutions across, IT Infrastructure , IT services including , ERP, consulting, Managed services and digital transformation domains. Collaborate with sales, delivery, alliances, and subject matter experts to build winning proposals. Engage with public sector stakeholders to understand business requirements and align solutions accordingly. Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and executive-level solution walkthroughs. Manage bid planning, timelines, governance, and documentation to ensure on-time submission. Ensure adherence to KSA public procurement regulations, compliance standards, and submission protocols. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders during bid preparation and evaluation phases. Support clarification responses, negotiations, and post-submission activities with clients. Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to strengthen bid positioning.
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
Experience:4–8 years of experience in presales, or solution consulting roles, with a strong focus on public sector opportunities in KSA. Demonstrated experience in managing and responding to government RFPs and large-scale tenders. Proven exposure to one or more of the following domains: IT infrastructure and services, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), management and technology consulting, and digital transformation and e-government initiatives. Experience working with or selling to government and semi-government entities in Saudi Arabia. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience.
Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of KSA government procurement processes and frameworks. Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
