Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for a Marketing and Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The role will place a strong emphasis on leveraging prior clinical or healthcare experience to better understand patient needs and service positioning. A key focus will be on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies for dental and dermatology services, enhancing patient engagement, and increasing service awareness.
Responsibilities include promoting Dar As Sihha’s services, planning and executing campaigns to strengthen brand presence, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The candidate will also handle customer inquiries and provide regular performance reports on marketing and sales activities.
Qualifications Proven experience in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of marketing strategies, particularly within dental and dermatology services Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in market research and data analysis Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; candidates with a medical or healthcare background are preferred Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
