Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager, based in Al Khobar. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales initiatives for catering services, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction in event planning and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining client communication, collaborating with the food & beverage team, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring a superior client experience. The role demands a proactive and results-driven approach in delivering high-quality catering services for diverse occasions.
Qualifications
Experience and expertise in Catering Sales and Event Planning Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry Proven ability to build client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred, but not required) Previous experience in hospitality or event management is a plus Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
