We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Paymaster/Finance Admin to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, analytical abilities, and a commitment to accuracy in all financial matters.
- Process and manage payroll operations, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements for all employees
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation in compliance with Saudi Arabia's regulatory requirements
- Prepare and generate payroll reports, statements, and reconciliation summaries for management review
- Coordinate with Human Resources and Accounting departments to ensure seamless monthly payroll closing
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee files with current information
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with organizational policies and applicable Saudi labor laws
