Job Purpose
The Corporate Communication Manager plans, manages, and coordinates corporate communication initiatives to ensure effective internal and external messaging aligned with Panda Retail Company’s brand, governance requirements, and business priorities. The role focuses on managing communication delivery, approving content, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting sensitive communications, and maintaining corporate communication standards to enhance engagement and protect corporate reputation.
Key Accountabilities :
· Plan and manage corporate communication initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate direction and brand standards.
· Manage internal communication activities and channels to enhance employee engagement and information flow.
· Develop and coordinate corporate communication content to support brand positioning and reputation.
· Coordinate CSR and sustainability communication initiatives to ensure clarity and consistency of messaging.
· Review and approve communication materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with governance standards.
· Coordinate with leadership and business stakeholders to align communication messages with business priorities.
· Manage communication timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and effective execution.
· Support crisis and sensitive communications to ensure controlled and consistent messaging.
· Monitor communication effectiveness and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
