First: Barista

Basic Skills:

  • Expertise in coffee preparation (Espresso / Latte / Cold drinks)
  • Ability to operate the coffee machine and ensure quality extraction
  • Ability to work under pressure (especially during peak hours)
  • Customer service skills in a courteous manner
  • Attention to detail (taste, presentation, evaluation)

Second: Cleaner

Basic Skills:

  • Cleanliness and quality of work
  • Adherence to schedules
  • Ability to work continuously without supervision
  • Organizing the space efficiently

Additional Skills:

  • Teamwork
  • Assisting in simple tasks within the café

Third: Driver

Basic Skills:

  • Safe driving and knowledge of routes
  • Adherence to schedules
  • Taking responsibility
  • Maintaining the vehicle

Additional Skills:

  • Polite interaction with employees
  • Familiarity with using applications (maps, delivery)
