REPORTING & RESPONSIBILITY
- Report to: Assistant Managing Director.
- Primary Responsibility: Overall operation of Paper Products Production.
MAIN TASKS
1. Operational Control & Compliance
- Responsible for controlling the production processes of paper bags, paper cups, paper sandwiches, cup-cakes, trays, and lid covers.
- Coordinate and establish priorities for each process.
- Institute necessary actions to ensure full compliance with company policies, systems, and BRCGS Issue 7 procedures.
2. Process Efficiency & Quality
- Continually improve manufacturing processes to achieve high efficiency and quality.
- Align production output with company objectives at the most economical cost.
- Monitor all operational activities to identify and eliminate unnecessary costs.
3. Strategic Initiatives
- Take the initiative for cost effectiveness, improving overall efficiency, and reducing waste.
- Drive a continuous improvement philosophy within the department.
4. Leadership & Team Development
- Develop leadership and teamwork qualities among staff members to achieve common goals.
- Motivate department employees to consistently hit production targets.
OTHER TASKS
1. Policy & Safety Management
- Adhere to the Quality Policy and Sales Philosophy, ensuring the entire department follows suit.
- Promote safety consciousness to achieve a target of zero accidents.
- Ensure that proper GMP, OPR, and PRP standards are strictly maintained within the department.
2. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate closely with all production employees and other department heads as required.
- Work in tandem with the Maintenance Department to improve machine reliability and minimize downtime.
- Submit comprehensive Monthly Production Reports to higher management and relevant department heads.
Skills
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :
1. College / University graduate of any engineering course or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager of a computerized paper products
manufacturing plant. or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
3. Basic Knowledge of Planning, forecasting and budgeting
4. Demonstrated track record in maintaining cGMP compliance
