About the role:
To supervise Regional Sales Depots accommodation and contract employees to ensure that the highest standards of hygiene, safety , and ensure the catering operation is supervised in order to maintain high standard of food and service provided to all Sales Divisional Personnel .
Key Responsibilities:
- Accommodation Operations
Oversee all accommodation activities to ensure strict adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Inspections
Perform routine inspections throughout the shift to verify compliance with house rules and company policies, addressing any violations immediately.
- Catering Oversight
Monitor catering services during the shift to ensure they consistently meet the required quality and service standards for employees.
- Additional Responsibilities
Handle any necessary liaison duties and provide support for operational needs throughout the shift.
Requirements:
- College diploma in Hospitality, Hotel management or a related filed.
- Minimum of three years of experience in managing accommodation and catering operations
- English Fluency
