About the job Arabic Translator
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time verbal interpretation (Arabic English) during meetings, conference calls, and business discussions.
- Translate official documents, emails, agreements, presentations, and proposals from Arabic to English and vice versa with high accuracy.
- Assist the CEO during meetings with clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication between parties.
- Draft, review, and manage Arabic business correspondence on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Ensure accurate translation of financial, legal, and business terminology in all communications.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information and executive discussions.
- Support communication and coordination with Saudi-based partners, clients, and government entities when required.
- Ensure clear and professional cross-cultural communication in all business interactions.
- Provide administrative or language support to the CEOs office when necessary.
- Be available for business travel within Saudi Arabia if required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (Graduation required, Masters preferred)
- 2–5 years of professional experience in translation, interpretation, or executive support roles.
- Experience in corporate, fintech, banking, or business environments is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of formal Arabic business communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia if required.
