We are looking for a Government Relations Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for handling and following up on all company and branch transactions with government entities related to the restaurant sector, ensuring the continuity of licenses and compliance with regulations and instructions applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Skills
- Follow up on all company and branch transactions with government authorities (municipalities, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Jawazat, GOSI, Civil Defense, and others).
- Issue and renew branch licenses and operating permits.
- Follow up on employees’ transactions (Iqama issuance/renewal, transfer of sponsorship, visas, and profession amendments).
- Work on government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, Mudad, Balady, and GOSI.
- Coordinate with the Operations Department and branch managers to close observations and ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of licenses and government transactions.
