We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process of food vendors after the sales stage.
The role focuses on ensuring vendors are properly set up on the platform before activation, including reviewing documents, creating menus, uploading images, and performing quality checks.
Key Responsibilities Review and verify vendor legal documents (CR, IBAN, ID, etc.
). Create and organize vendor menus in the system (categories, items, modifiers).
Upload menu images and ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform quality checks to ensure all vendor data is accurate before activation.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues.
Experience in operations, vendor onboarding, or similar roles.
Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents and data.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases at the same time.
Basic knowledge of Excel and operational systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
