Eram Talent is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate HR Analyst to join our team.
As a leading recruitment consultancy, we specialize in providing exceptional talent acquisition services across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care.
The Associate HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to help drive informed decision-making and optimize HR initiatives.
The Associate HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of HR strategies by utilizing data-driven insights and operational expertise to drive business outcomes.
Working closely with the HR team, this role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex workforce data to guide decision-making in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Responsibilities Conduct data analysis on various HR metrics, including recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to HR leadership.
Support the HR team in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable recommendations based on data findings.
Assist in the management of HR-related surveys, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to gather data and support HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and databases of HR metrics and analyses.
Help in the development and implementation of HR analytics tools and systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical or organizational experience (e.
g., student leadership, finance internships) are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.
g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms (e.
g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits Support.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR analytics software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data insights effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team.
