We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor (Hard Services) to oversee civil maintenance operations within facilities and infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for supervising civil maintenance activities including masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, renovation works, and architectural finishing, while managing a team of technicians and foremen to ensure quality, safety, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong experience in facility maintenance, civil works supervision, and team leadership within FM or infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities• Supervise daily civil maintenance operations including masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, waterproofing, and general repairs • Lead and coordinate a team of 12–24 technicians and up to two foremen • Ensure buildings and facility infrastructure remain safe, operational, and compliant with maintenance standards • Plan, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities • Monitor and close maintenance work orders in CAFM systems such as MAXIMO • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to maintain facility standards • Perform root cause analysis for recurring maintenance issues and implement corrective solutions • Estimate materials, manpower, and equipment requirements for maintenance activities • Ensure strict compliance with PTW, RAMS, SOPs, and safety regulations • Coordinate with third-party contractors for specialized inspections and certifications • Maintain proper documentation and prepare weekly and monthly maintenance reports • Support asset management activities including asset registers and maintenance planning
Requirements• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in civil maintenance or facility management • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing technicians • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, civil works, and finishing works • Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documentation • Experience with CAFM systems such as MAXIMO or similar systems • Strong leadership and team coordination skills • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe work practices • Experience managing equipment, tools, and civil maintenance resources
Preferred Experience• Experience in Facilities Management companies • Knowledge of international maintenance standards and building codes • Experience managing large maintenance teams in operational facilities
Compensation💰 Salary range: SAR 8,000 – 11,000 depending on experience and qualifications
