We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Project Team Leader to lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of complex IT projects.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing multidisciplinary technical teams and overseeing the implementation of large-scale information systems that support organizational objectives.
The IT Project Team Leader will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
The role requires close coordination with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying risks, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and maintaining proper project documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field ( Master’s degree is a plus ).
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in IT project management .
Proven experience managing at least two projects involving the implementation of large-scale information systems , preferably within infrastructure or public sector environments .
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary software development teams .
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification is preferred .
Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT project governance.
