Responsibilities:

An Jr. Consultant - HCM is responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to help organizations manage their HR processes efficiently. The role combines functional HR knowledge with technical system expertise to deliver effective workforce management solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


· Analyze business and HR requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM system solutions.


· Implement, configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, and Workforce Management.


· Provide system integration support between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.


· Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.


· Support data migration, system upgrades, and patch updates.


· Provide end-user training and documentation.


· Collaborate with HR teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to improve system performance and user experience.


· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory HR requirements.



Qualifications:

Skills & Qualifications


· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


· Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Fusion HCM modules.


· Experience in HR business processes such as payroll, recruitment, talent management, and employee lifecycle management.


· Understanding system integration, reporting, and data migration.


· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


· Ability to work independently and in team environments.


Preferred Qualifications


· Oracle HCM certification.


· Experience with implementation or support projects.


· Knowledge of reporting tools, Fast Formula, HDL, or integrations is an advantage.
