Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to approved vendors.
Support bid evaluation processes (commercial comparison and documentation).
Help maintain vendor databases and supplier performance records.
Track purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
Coordinate with engineering, project controls, and logistics teams to ensure material alignment with project timelines.
Assist in reviewing supplier documents and compliance requirements.
Support contract documentation and filing in accordance with company procedures.
Participate in supplier communication and clarification meetings.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and oil & gas industry regulations.
Learning OpportunitiesExposure to EPC project procurement cycles.
Understanding of oil & gas materials and equipment sourcing.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar procurement software).
Insight into contract management and supplier negotiations.
Familiarity with global supply chain risk management in energy projects.
Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in:
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Interest in the oil and gas or energy sector is preferred.
