About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bar Back at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Ensure the bar is well stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, including washing glassware, cleaning bar surfaces, and removing trash.
Prepare garnishes, restock ice, and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are ready for use.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with bartenders and management about restocking needs.
Assist bartenders by fetching ingredients, mixing simple drinks, and running food orders.
Interact with customers by clearing tables, delivering drinks, and addressing any immediate needs.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Hold a High school diploma.
Have 1 year bartending experience in a luxury hotel.
Possess experience of working in an international capacity.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone.
