As a Rotating Equipment Repair Workshop Supervisor at Siemens Energy, you will lead a team of skilled technicians in executing critical repair and machining tasks for steam turbines, gas turbines, and compressors. This role targets seasoned professionals with extensive experience in rotating equipment repairs, offering the opportunity to work on projects that enhance operational efficiency and reliability. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Supervise and guide technicians in repair and machining activities, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards and safety protocols.
• Plan and allocate jobs based on priorities, resources, and deadlines, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on support for complex machining operations and validate inspection reports for accurate documentation.
• Monitor and maintain workshop equipment, scheduling preventive maintenance and coordinating with suppliers for corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and implement best practices to enhance repair processes.
• Contribute to training programs for technicians, fostering skill development and team productivity.

What You Bring

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline, with 15+ years of experience in rotating equipment repairs.
• Proven leadership experience in a workshop environment, with strong knowledge of steam turbines, gas turbines, and compressor designs.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and supplier coordination, ensuring equipment reliability.
• Skilled in MS Office and workshop documentation systems, with exposure to CAD software (2D/3D) as an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to safety and quality excellence.
