Role Overview
In this role, you will enable new partners to successfully integrate and thrive within established operational frameworks. You will onboard 3–4 partners monthly, supporting their talent acquisition, training, and early customer wins through joint closure meetings. By guiding partners through lead generation, strategic positioning, and at least four assisted deal closures, you will build their capability and confidence until they scale independently. Once mature, partners transition to Sales teams for sustained growth. Additionally, you will lead deep customer engagement initiatives—mapping business requirements to product capabilities, expanding adoption, and cultivating relationships that drive advocacy and organic referrals. Success includes documenting compelling customer success stories that capture business challenges, solution impact, and customer validation.
Experience You Should Bring- Experience in proactive lead generation techniques.

- Fair understanding of B2B purchasing behavior and SME Operations.
- Experience in customer engagement to deliver smarter and simpler solutions tailored to MSME business needs.
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills and effective objection- handling capability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities- Enable 3 to 4 partners a month to understand company ways of working and processes.
- Support partners in hiring and onboarding and training required resources.
- Participate in joint closure meetings with partners and customers to help them get success early.
- Ensure partners invest further to operate independently and at scale.
- Support partners in lead generation and market positioning activities.
- Assist partners in at least 4 closures to build capability and confidence till they can work independently.
- Transition capable partners to Sales teams for ongoing growth.
- Lead deep customer engagement initiatives every month
- Engage with customers through interactions along with partner resources to ensure visible value of the company for the
customers business. - Understand customer business context and map customer requirements to relevant organization features to expand adoption.
- Build strong customer relationships that lead to organic referrals and long-term advocacy.
- Document customer success stories capturing business context, before-and-after scenarios, and customer response
to delivered value.
