Junior SAP Support Analyst
Core Purpose of the job:
To Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of SAP systems by providing first level support, troubleshooting and assisting business user with system issues and requests, while maintaining compliance with SLA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
- Hands on knowledge of SAP system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
