Maxon Contracting Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated MEP Project Manager to lead and manage MEP works for infrastructure and water sector projects. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in National Water Company (NWC) projects and proven expertise in managing pump station projects from design coordination through execution and commissioning.
- Manage overall execution of MEP works for pump station and water infrastructure projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities to ensure completion within schedule and budget.
- Handle project coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with NWC standards, specifications, and approval procedures.
- Review technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety requirements.
- Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation.
- Prepare progress reports and attend client coordination meetings.
