Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically strong and results driven Senior Sales Engineer with proven experience in Managed Services and O&M for ULV & ICT solutions. The ideal candidate will combine solid engineering knowledge with strong sales capabilities to drive business growth and deliver tailored technical solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key client accounts within ULV & ICT sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Analyze customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and successfully close deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate reporting
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in sales engineering within Managed Services and O&M for ULV & ICT
- Strong technical knowledge of ULV & ICT systems
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Bilingual (Arabic & English)
