Job Summary:


We are seeking a technically strong and results driven Senior Sales Engineer with proven experience in Managed Services and O&M for ULV & ICT solutions. The ideal candidate will combine solid engineering knowledge with strong sales capabilities to drive business growth and deliver tailored technical solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and develop key client accounts within ULV & ICT sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Analyze customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals
  • Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and successfully close deals
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate reporting
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings


Skills

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in sales engineering within Managed Services and O&M for ULV & ICT
  • Strong technical knowledge of ULV & ICT systems
  • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English)
