Hospital Insurance Accountant Responsibilities:Processing medical insurance claims submitted by clients, hospitals, or healthcare providers. Verifying the accuracy and validity of documents and information before submitting claims. Following up on claim status with insurance companies to ensure fast approval and processing.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensuring all claims comply with local laws and health insurance regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Communicating with healthcare providers to ensure all required information is complete for quick settlement.
Coordination with Other Departments:
Collaborating with the medical insurance team, sales, and finance departments to ensure claims are settled accurately.
Monitoring insurance payments and obtaining necessary updates from insurance companies.

Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and a Diploma in Medical Insurance or any related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and medical insurance claims.
Practical experience in the healthcare sector or with medical insurance companies is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Saudi social security and health insurance systems

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books, Odoo, and Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with medical claims management systems and ERP programs.


Personal Skills:
Strong time management and task organization skills.
Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and insurance service providers.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Languages:
Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Additional Experience:
Ability to submit insurance claims through Nafis and complete all related procedures until claim delivery.

متابعة حالة المطالبات مع شركات التأمين للتأكد من الموافقة السريعة والمعالجة
التأكد من التوافق مع الأنظمة:
ضمان امتثال جميع المطالبات للقوانين المحلية وأنظمة التأمين في المملكة العربية السعودية.
التفاعل مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية لضمان اكتمال المعلومات المطلوبة للتسوية السريعة.
التنسيق مع الفرق الأخرى:
التعاون مع فرق التأمين الطبي والمبيعات والمالية لضمان تسوية المطالبات بشكل صحيح.
متابعة دفعات التأمين والحصول على التحديثات اللازمة من قبل شركات التأمين.
التعامل مع أرشفة الفواتير والمطالبات وفقًا للوائح.
المؤهل الأكاديمي: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة،ودبلوم تأمين طبي أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
الخبرة:خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مطالبات التأمين الطبي.
تجربة عملية في القطاع الطبي أو مع شركات التأمين الطبي تعد ميزة كبيرة.
المعرفة بأنظمة الضمان الاجتماعي و التأمين الصحي في السعودية
معرفة في التعامل مع أنظمة إدارة المطالبات الطبية وبرامج ERP.
المهارات الشخصية:
القدرة على إدارة الوقت وتنظيم المهام بدقة.
مهارات تواصل قوية للعمل مع الفرق الداخلية ومقدمي خدمات التأمين.
الانتباه للتفاصيل وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
اللغة:إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية بشكل ممتاز، كتابة ومحادثة.
معرفة رفع المطالبات الآتية على نفيس واستكمال باقى الإجراءات حتى تسليم المطالبة
