Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to support our HR and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the MenaITech HR system, strong organizational communication skills, and experience in managing internal corporate events and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR processes through the MenaITech HR system
- Support organizational development and workforce initiatives
- Develop and implement internal communication plans
- Organize and manage internal company events and engagement activities
- Assist in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and management to improve organizational effectiveness
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in Organizational Development or related HR role
Hands-on experience with MenaITech
Strong background in organizational/internal communication
Experience in organizing internal corporate events
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
