Responsibilities:

1.   Develop and implement comprehensive traffic management plans for construction projects, utilizing advanced software tools to analyze traffic data and predict potential disruptions.
2. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to assess project impacts on traffic flow, ensuring all plans align with safety regulations and community needs.
3. Conduct field inspections to monitor traffic conditions and the effectiveness of implemented management strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to improve outcomes.
4. Engage with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals, facilitating smooth project execution and compliance with legal requirements.
5. Prepare detailed reports on traffic patterns and management strategies, presenting findings to senior management and making recommendations for improvements.
6. Train and mentor junior staff on traffic management best practices, enhancing team capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills

Qualifications & Education:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

Experience Requirements:

Total Experience: 20+ years experience at infrastructure projects.

Managerial Experience: Minimum 5+ years working as Traffic Manager.

Regional Experience: Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Languages: Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
