About the role:
Assist Trade Marketing Manager in managing and coordinating the National Promotion Plan, National Key Accounts Promotions, National Key Accounts Multi-brand In-store Activation and Display, POSM Projects and Implementation, External and Internal In-store Sampling Activities, Sponsorships and Events, NPD Listings, Competitor Promotion Intelligence Reports for different Business Units throughout KSA & GULF
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate the National Promotion Plan for all product categories across KSA and Gulf markets by collecting inputs from all business units.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality communication and planning for all National Key Account promotions.
- Execute effective and seamless implementation of in‑store branding and displays for targeted National Key Account customers.
- Develop, plan, and manage the annual POSM strategy for regional sales teams and business unit teams, working closely with the CPD team to support commercial requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Business-related field.
- 5+ years of Trade Marketing experience in a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East, with a strong track record and solid management skills.
- Strong with numbers: sales reports, market share reports, and data analysis.
- FMCG background preferred.
- Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data handling).
- Solid market research knowledge, preferably in FMCG.
- Understanding of consumer and shopper research methods.
- Able to perform deep‑dive analysis at SKU, product, and regional levels.
- Strong understanding of market metrics: volume share, numeric & weighted distribution.
- Experience using Nielsen Discover or Nielsen Answers tools.
- Familiar with Kantar Worldpanel and able to extract and interpret insights.
