The role focuses heavily on the religious tourism segment, including Hajj, Umrah, and religious visitors, while maintaining the hotel’s luxury brand image and competitive market presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
- Identify market opportunities within Hajj, Umrah, and seasonal religious travel segments.
2. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Maintain the hotel’s luxury positioning and reputation.
3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Oversee website content, SEO, and online visibility.
- Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with OTAs and booking platforms to optimize exposure and conversions.
- Track digital analytics and campaign performance.
4. Market Segmentation & Promotions
- Design targeted campaigns for:
- Hajj & Umrah groups
- International pilgrims
- Corporate & VIP guests
- Travel agents & tour operators
- Develop promotional offers and packages during peak and off-peak seasons.
5. Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (online & offline).
- Coordinate creative materials, visuals, and marketing collateral.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
