Trade Marketing Manager | Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

About the role:




To manage the development and consistent implementation of effective Category Management solutions and merchandising guidelines, coordinate marketing and sales initiated National and In-store Promotions, manage National In-store Sampling activities, coordinate marketing initiated Point of Sales (POS), provide innovative POSM solutions and ensure effective implementation throughout KSA OR GULF regions.





Key Responsibilities





  • Ensure that all display fridges and in‑store fixtures are appropriately allocated, properly installed, and consistently monitored and controlled across the market.

  • Maintain consistently high standards for dairy, juice, food, and bakery displays throughout the marketplace.

  • Ensure availability and optimal utilization of point‑of‑sale materials across regions and channels.

  • Train and develop staff in space planning, promotional execution, and trade marketing best practices.

  • Plan and execute product‑sampling activities for in‑store environments and external institutions.

  • Manage the implementation of trade plans for each business unit in collaboration with the respective Category Trade Marketing Managers.

  • Ensure effective use and execution of display rentals to maximize return on investment in the market.








Requirements:





  • Education:



  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

  2. MBA is preferred.



  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience within a leading FMCG or Retail organization, ideally in a senior head-office commercial or Trade Marketing role.

  • Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial (sales), trade marketing, and ideally sales/operations management.

  • Industry Exposure: Experience with multinational FMCG companies.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing both direct and indirect teams over several years.
