As a Senior Commercial Sales Manager, you will engage with experienced professionals who are passionate about driving the energy revolution through innovative projects, such as next-generation turbines and renewable energy solutions. Your role will involve leading financial strategies and commercial activities that directly impact our clients and partners, ensuring optimal performance and sustainability in the energy sector. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead financial and commercial activities during project acquisition, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s strategic goals.
- Manage all aspects of bid processes, including contract analysis, cost calculations, and risk management.
- Support pre-qualification processes and maintain strong relationships with external project collaborators.
- Drive digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency in sales operations.
- Monitor and maintain credit limits for customers, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
- Coordinate presentations and analytics for various reviews, supporting informed decision-making.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting; additional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Management or Financial/Performance Controlling, with core Sales Commercial experience.
- Proficiency in IFRS accounting standards and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in service business across the GS portfolio is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
About the Team: Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
