Job Details

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing department by tracking leads, analyzing customer insights, monitoring automated campaigns, and assisting with local marketing initiatives.
The role ensures that marketing activities are measured, optimized, and aligned with business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.
Lead Management: Track leads from initial capture to conversion.
Maintain accurate reporting on lead volumes, sources, and outcomes.
2. Customer Insights & Analysis: Support the creation and distribution of customer satisfaction surveys.
Analyze survey data and generate insights to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
3. Internal Program Monitoring: Track internal lead-boosting initiatives and report on effectiveness.
Ensure alignment of internal campaigns with business objectives.
4. Email Marketing Oversight: Monitor automated email campaigns.
Track email addresses generated and report on campaign performance metrics.
5. Support Local Marketing Initiatives: Assist with the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns and events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as required.
6. Marketing Audit Support: Assist in conducting marketing audits within the market to ensure compliance, consistency, and optimization of marketing activities.
7. CRM Proficiency: Maintain and utilize the company’s CRM system for lead tracking, reporting, and campaign management.
Ensure data accuracy and support CRM-related analytics and processes.
8. Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular reports on leads, campaigns, survey results, and other marketing activities.
Provide actionable recommendations to management for process improvements.

1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or lead management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data interpretation.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and survey tools.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive with a collaborative mindset.
Experience in B2B marketing or demand generation.
Knowledge of local market dynamics and marketing trends.
Understanding of email marketing metrics, lead scoring, and customer engagement tracking.
